Physical Therapy

Weslaco Children’s Therapy Services

If your child has difficulty with movements, physical therapy can help them regain or gain a new milestone in independence. Helping our children grow, learn, and take care of their daily needs on their own is a proud achievement in every parents’ life. Our WEE Therapy staff is there to help share in these life-changing moments.

Physical therapy is recommended for:

  • Birth defects
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Developmental delays
  • Genetic disorders
  • Heart and lung conditions
  • Limb deficiencies
  • Muscle diseases
  • Orthopedic disabilities/injuries
  • Sports injuries

Our therapists will assess your child’s abilities or injury, while collaborating with their existing medical caregivers, to create an individualized educational plan. Using evidence-based developmental activities in adaptive play, our therapy services improve circulation and range of motion, as well as flexibility, strength, and ability to complete everyday tasks. Physical therapy for your child can bring them one step closer to independence or recovery. Call us in McAllen at (956) 631-8646 or at our Weslaco location at (956) 375-2045.
